Training | eLearning Development | Interaction Design
I designed and developed a fully online, asynchronous training course in Instructure Canvas for new academic advisors at Kent State University. As the sole designer and developer, I created learning outcomes, instructional content, multimedia, and assessments over one month of evenings and weekends.
The course meets Quality Matters Continuing Education and Professional Development standards and follows Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.2. I integrated tools like TechSmith Camtasia, Lucid, Kaltura, Genially, Padlet, Perusall, Gamma, Visla, and custom HTML/CSS to create an engaging experience.

Created dual learning paths for choice and upskilling.
Wrote clear, outcomes-aligned assessments and incorporated collaborative learning strategies.
Built all content in Canvas with accessibility in mind.
Integrated tools: TechSmith Camtasia, Lucid, Kaltura, Genially, Padlet, Perusall, Gamma, and Visla.
